When it came to painting properly, I wanted to do a good job of it. I cleaned down all of the walls and made sure that there were no surface imperfections. I got the paint to go on smoothly. The paint required stirring thoroughly. Dampening the roller first helped to make the application go even better.
When it came to the painting itself, I found that it covered any subtle areas of discoloration really well. I used this paint with both a roller and multiple brushes. Once it had dried, the subtle gloss really helped to brighten the room up and it looked much more presentable and welcoming.

Cons
- I had heard from a few people that there is an odor. While nowhere near as strong as that of oil-based paints, I recommend ventilating the space that you are painting as much as possible.
- Check the price. Noticed that it seemed to fluctuate almost day to day in a few places.
- I needed multiple layers. I always prefer doing at least two coats by default.
